Ebook Announcement – My Health And Fitness E-Book Is Coming Soon

UPDATED MAR 2020. I have some exciting news to share with you today. I wrote a health and fitness e-book! It’s crazy to write that sentence because I honestly never would’ve thought I’d write anything. Let alone a book. But I really want to help people and I believe that sharing stories is a powerful way to do that. So I decided to share my stories as well as all the tips I have learned along the way. Here is my ebook announcement and what it’s all about.

Ebook Announcement – My Health And Fitness E-Book Is Coming Soon

It's ebook announcement time. If you are looking for a real world health and fitness ebook on losing weight and loving yourself, I'm here to help you.

The ebook announcement is… late

To tell you the truth, I wrote this book almost six months ago.

I was procrastinating when it came to the publishing part of the process because I was scared. Scared of putting myself out there, scared that no one would be interested or inspired by the book, scared I would fail.

Being scared of these things was stopping me from finishing this project and fear was holding me back.

When 2016 arrived, I sat down and wrote my list of goals for the year. The lined paper of my black Kate Spade journal now read ‘publish my e-book’.

Just like that, I had made it official that I would publish this piece of work that I had spent all those nights creating. There is a lot of heart and me in the book so I simply could not let it go to waste.

This is what brought me here to share this post with you today.

Let me introduce you to my book – Tips From A Former Fat Girl

So, coming soon to Kindles near you will be my e-book, Tips from a Former Fat Girl A real world guide to losing weight and loving yourself.

What it’s about

I wrote a real-world health and fitness ebook.

It’s not a quick fix scam diet book – like so many I had tried years ago! Instead, you can think of it more like a workbook. It’s filled with the real-life lessons and tips that helped me lose 60 pounds, and continue to help me lead a healthy lifestyle to this very day.

It’s a real-life guide from someone who did it through hard work. Someone who truly understands all aspects of living an overweight life and the challenges associated with changing that.

Why write an ebook?

I really felt an urge to share my story and what I have learned so that others can change their lives for the healthier and love themselves again.

When I was going through old photos to use for this post I was reminded of how far I have come.

Obviously I can see a big change in my size but, more importantly, when I look at the photos I can see the sadness in my eyes. Looking through them was the best reminder for me to always keep moving forward.

If this book helps just one person change their life and move forward to a healthier and happier version of themselves then the dream will be achieved!

How to get your own copy of Tips From A Former Fat Girl

To get your own copy of the book, order it from Amazon.

Update – now available in paperback

Since it is designed as a workbook, I have also released the book in paperback form.

I believe this will make it easier for you to take notes as you move through it. I also added a 12-week motivational plan at the end to get you started on your journey.

Weight is something I’m currently dealing with but remember that beauty comes in many shapes and sizes. Being healthy is always a good goal but you’re beautiful no matter what. Looking forward to your book.

Well done. It is so inspiring to see a young person not only achieve something which is so difficult to stick to but also to wish to pass forward and help others do the same.
